The Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) is returning for its 19th edition. It will be held from July 27 to August 1, 2025, at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.
AIHS is Africa’s largest housing and construction event. This edition is set to be the biggest in its history, both in size and influence. It is being hosted in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
Over 21 countries will be represented. Attendees will include ministers, governors, ambassadors, parliamentarians, international housing experts, and leaders from professional associations.
The event is expected to be officially opened by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. His presence highlights the importance of housing and infrastructure in national development.
Convener Festus Adebayo said the theme for this year is “Reimagining Housing Through Innovation, Collaboration, and Policy.” He emphasized that AIHS remains a strong platform for transforming Africa’s housing sector.
More than 40,000 participants are expected. These include developers, investors, building material producers, contractors, urban planners, and home seekers.

Over 400 exhibitors and 50 global speakers will showcase ideas and solutions. AIHS 2025 is known for driving innovation, deal-making, and strategic partnerships.
Exhibitors will benefit from live product demonstrations, direct engagement, and full media exposure. Coverage will be provided by Housing TV Africa (StarTimes Channel 149) and the Housing Development Programme on AIT (DSTV Channel 253, GOtv Channel 93, and StarTimes Channel 275).
Sessions will focus on access to land, housing finance, smart housing, urban renewal, climate resilience, and emerging construction technologies.
