The Kebbi State Government has commenced construction of 250 housing units under the Kauran Gwandu Housing Estate project in Birnin Kebbi, marking a major step toward addressing the state’s housing deficit.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Land and Housing, Ahmed Yarima Dakingari, confirmed the development, stating that the project reflects the administration’s commitment to expanding access to affordable and decent housing.
