]]> Prince Oladipo Faloye has threatened to sue the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) over unpaid rent and property vandalism.

Faloye’s lawyer, Oluowho Vincent Enejeta & Co., stated that NHIA occupied his property for ten years before vacating it improperly.

A joint inspection on July 21, 2023, revealed extensive damages, including missing electrical bulbs and completely vandalized doors.

The landlord accused NHIA of overstaying by four months without paying rent, leaving an outstanding debt of N2.5 million.

NHIA responded, claiming that painting and minor repairs fell under reasonable wear and tear, but ignored the rent issue.

Faloye insists that NHIA must settle all outstanding rent and renovation costs totaling N5 million or face legal action.
