Ksircomfort Construction Limited, a rising star in Nigeria’s construction and real estate sector, has urged the adoption of sustainable materials and greener building practices, noting that such methods significantly reduce long-term costs for homeowners.
Founder and CEO, Mr. Ademola Idris, highlighted the benefits of integrating modern construction technologies, including prefabricated components and smart-monitoring systems that track project quality in real time. These innovations, he said, help minimise errors and shorten delivery timelines.
“Today’s homebuyers are informed and demand homes that are structurally sound, energy-efficient, and built with clear timelines and transparent communication,” Idris said during the company’s fifth anniversary and brand relaunch event in Lagos. “When a construction brand embraces innovation and sustainability, it stands out.”
Idris also emphasised the importance of trust in the construction industry. “Publishing transparent progress reports, cost breakdowns where possible, and quality-assurance updates can set new standards. Buyers remember the company that keeps them informed,” he said.
Calling for industry-wide collaboration and regulatory reforms, Idris noted that construction cannot become faster or cheaper unless the entire ecosystem works in synchrony. He suggested digitising approval processes to reduce bureaucratic delays and ensure quicker project delivery, adding that strong enforcement of building codes would eliminate quack builders and reduce abandoned or failed projects.
He further advocated for closer partnerships between developers, banks, and material suppliers to stabilise costs and improve housing accessibility. “Long-term financing partnerships where mortgage institutions and construction firms align on payment structures can make homes more affordable,” he explained.
Idris also stressed the need to equip young professionals with modern construction skills. “Technical colleges and skilled-trade institutes should train more youth in new-age building techniques, allowing the industry to scale faster and deliver higher-quality work,” he said.
The anniversary celebration, themed “Building a Legacy, Shaping the Future,” marked Ksircomfort’s five-year journey of growth, integrity, and innovation. The event included the unveiling of the company’s refreshed corporate identity, reflecting its renewed vision and commitment to quality residential and commercial projects.
Over the years, Ksircomfort Construction has executed notable projects in Lagos, including Osapa Pearl in Cana West Estate, Osapa London, Lekki, and Aura Van Daniel Crest in Orchard, reinforcing its reputation for excellence, transparency, and client satisfaction.
