The organisers of the Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) have called on stakeholders across the housing and construction value chain to take advantage of early registration for the 20th Anniversary Edition of the event.
In a statement, the organisers announced that booth allocation for AIHS @20 has officially commenced and will be strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, urging prospective exhibitors and partners to secure their spaces early to avoid last-minute disappointment.
The Africa International Housing Show (AIHS), scheduled to hold from 13th – 18th July, 2026 at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, is widely regarded as Africa’s largest housing and construction gathering, attracting over 40,000 participants annually from more than 21 countries.
According to the organisers, the 20th edition—tagged the Legacy Edition—is expected to record unprecedented participation from developers, construction companies, building materials manufacturers, home interior brands, financial institutions, investors and policymakers from across Africa and beyond.
“AIHS is not just an exhibition; it is a marketplace of opportunities where serious business happens. Companies that register early position themselves to secure prime locations, maximise visibility and close significant deals,” the statement noted.
The organisers further emphasised that early registrants will enjoy better booth positioning, enhanced visibility and access to high-level networking opportunities, including engagement with top government officials, CEOs and international investors.
Stakeholders in real estate, construction, home interiors, building materials, electrical fittings, alternative energy and related sectors are encouraged to take immediate action.
“This is a strategic platform to meet buyers with real purchasing power, connect with decision-makers and expand into Africa’s fast-growing housing market. Early action is key,” the statement added.
