The Abuja Marina Towers project has officially commenced following the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement between Thinklab Group Limited and NMA Properties Management Limited, representing the Abuja National Mosque Management Board.
The ceremony, held at the National Mosque Conference Room in Abuja, brought together key representatives from both parties to solidify a partnership aimed at delivering a transformative mixed-use development in the heart of the capital. The project, located at Plot 99, Cadastral Zone A0, will feature ten 8-storey towers near the Abuja National Mosque and InterContinental Hotel, blending modern architectural design with spiritual and cultural values.
Speaking at the event, Thinklab Group Chairman Dr. Sa’id Alkali Kori described the project as a landmark achievement and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to quality and Islamic values. Ustaz Abubakar Sadeeq Muhammad, representing the Etsu Nupe and Chairman of the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs, commended Thinklab’s professionalism and alignment with Islamic principles.
