The Katsina State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Alhaji Ibrahim Saidu, has expressed satisfaction with the notable reduction in service year extensions and the significant increase in the number of corps members deployed to the state for the 2025 service year.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony of the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream II corps members at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Katsina, Saidu described the positive trend as a reflection of improved discipline and preparedness among graduates. He attributed part of the success to the continued support of the Katsina State Government.

“The administration’s unwavering commitment to youth development and nation-building is not only commendable but truly inspiring,” he stated.
