Speaking on behalf of HDAN, the Executive Director, Festus Adebayo, described Buhari’s death as “a great loss to Nigeria and to all who believed in integrity, discipline, and public service.” He noted that the late president’s administration laid a strong foundation for housing reforms and infrastructure development, including the establishment of institutions aimed at addressing the nation’s housing deficit.

“History will remember Muhammadu Buhari as a man who devoted his life to serving Nigeria, both in uniform and in civilian attire,” Adebayo said.

HDAN members across the country describe him as one of the greatest Nigerians that ever lived, acknowledging his enduring legacy and impact on national development.

As the nation grieves, tributes continue to pour in from across political, social, and economic spheres, affirming Buhari’s place in the story of Nigeria as a patriot who gave his all.
