A real estate developer, T. Pumpy Concept Limited, has announced a 60 per cent discount on housing and land prices across selected estates in Abuja, in a move aimed at improving access to property ownership amid rising real estate costs.
The initiative, tagged “Magic Promo,” will run from December 15, 2025, to January 7, 2026, and applies to eight estate locations within the Federal Capital Territory, including the fast-growing Idu Gousa district.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Akintayo Adaralegbe, said the promo was designed to reduce the financial burden faced by Nigerians seeking to own land or homes in Abuja, where property prices have continued to rise.
According to him, the company has consistently adopted pricing strategies that promote affordability, noting that land ownership remains out of reach for many Nigerians despite growing demand.
He explained that the Magic Promo aligns with the firm’s commitment to customer-focused real estate solutions, transparency, and long-term housing development.
“All lands under this promo are properly verified and come with complete legal documentation, ensuring security and confidence for buyers,” Adaralegbe said.
He added that the estates covered under the offer are located in secure and strategically positioned areas, with ongoing infrastructure development including access roads, drainage systems, perimeter fencing, and other essential amenities.
Industry observers say the discount could stimulate increased interest in Abuja’s real estate market, particularly among first-time buyers and middle-income earners seeking entry into the property market.
The developer described the promo as a limited-time opportunity for prospective buyers to acquire land and housing assets in the nation’s capital at significantly reduced prices.
