BUA Cement Plc has honoured its top-performing distributors at the 2024 Distributors’ Award Night. The event was held at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos and was themed “Pillars of Strength, Celebrating Partnerships.”
The evening brought together key partners and customers in a show of appreciation for their trust, loyalty, and commitment to the BUA Cement brand.
In his address, Chairman of BUA Cement Plc, Abdul Samad Rabiu (CFR, CON), praised the role of distributors in the company’s growth. He described them as co-builders of the BUA legacy.
“This is more than an award night,” he said. “It is a celebration of our journey together. Your trust has been our greatest strength.”
He also shared how innovations, such as BUA’s Customer Call Centre and improved logistics system, were born out of the company’s desire to serve better.
“We listen and act because your success remains our most important goal,” Rabiu added.
Managing Director/CEO of BUA Cement Plc, Yusuf Binji, expressed gratitude to the distributors for their outstanding performance in 2024. He noted that their results showed deep trust in the company’s products.
He said, “Tonight, we recognize those who went the extra mile. Your efforts inspire us to keep improving.”
The company rewarded the top 20 distributors across three categories: Diamond, Emerald, and Sapphire. Eleven winners received brand new SUVs and cash prizes.
Seven others were awarded trucks with additional cash. The top two distributors each got two brand new trucks and a large cash package.
In addition, BUA Cement announced a N30 cashback for every bag of cement lifted in 2024. This applies to every distributor during the year.
The night ended with strong applause and renewed energy among partners, as BUA Cement continues to lead in customer appreciation and industry growth.
