Bayelsa State Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Oborawharievwo Ewhrudjakpo, has died after collapsing in his office on Thursday.
The 60-year-old deputy governor reportedly passed away in an undisclosed hospital where he was rushed following the collapse.
As of press time, the Bayelsa State Government and his family are yet to release an official statement regarding the circumstances of his death.
Ewhrudjakpo, born September 5, 1965, was a former federal lawmaker and had served as the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State since 2020.
