The company operates a fully integrated “quarry-to-customer” business, encompassing manufacturing, sales, and distribution of cement.

Through its investments, Dangote Cement has helped Nigeria transition from importing cement to becoming an exporter, supplying neighbouring countries. The company established a N150 billion commercial paper issuance programme on August 12, 2021, and later increased it to N300 billion on July 13, 2023.
