Real estate is on the rise in Gaduwa Estate, in the city of Abuja, a once-quiet area now bustling with construction and development. At the center of this growth are three major residential projects being executed under the ownership of Oliviero Properties Limited.

Within the estate, a fenced plot of land is currently undergoing active development. The site is being transformed into five modern terrace units, with construction teams already at work. Progress is visible, as foundational and structural work steadily moves forward in anticipation of completion.

A short drive from the Living Faith Church in Lokogoma, another project Oliveo Luxury Apartments is taking shape. This development features twelve three-bedroom flats. Construction began roughly nine months ago, and currently, six of the twelve units are about 80 percent complete. The estate is fully fenced and gated, indicating that security infrastructure is a priority. On-site activity is ongoing, and the overall structure is already offering a clear picture of what the final development will look like.

The project includes features such as running water, a designated security post, overhead water tanks, and access to electricity. A dedicated transformer is also planned to guarantee consistent power supply. Though still under construction, the layout of the interiors is already defined with kitchen spaces designed for modern fittings, tiled bathrooms awaiting high-quality fixtures, and spacious living areas offering both functionality and comfort.

Oliviero Luxury Terraces is another standout development in the same area. This upscale estate consists of eight five-bedroom terrace units situated on a 2,300 square meter plot of land. Demand for the units has been strong, with seven of the eight already sold. The estate is fully fenced and gated, with a security post located at the entrance, reinforcing the project’s commitment to a secure and private living environment.

The remaining unit gives a glimpse into what the finished homes will offer. The interiors are about 80 percent complete, showcasing defined living areas, tiled flooring, electrical fittings, and partially installed kitchens and bathrooms. The walkthrough of this near-finished unit reveals the attention to detail and modern design guiding the entire development.

Adjacent to the luxury terraces is an additional plot measuring 1,250 square meters. Although currently undeveloped, the land is already fenced, and the foundation for a new security post had been laid before construction paused. According to sources on-site, plans to extend the terrace development onto this plot are still intact, with building activities expected to resume soon.

With its strategic location, ongoing development, and strong investor interest, Gaduwa Estate is fast becoming a preferred destination for luxury residential projects in the capital. Through her developments, Olivia Uche Emenike is not only expanding the estate’s skyline but also setting a new benchmark for modern, secure, and well-planned living in Abuja.
