The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) has received new leadership. The change, which occurred at the association’s annual general meeting in Lagos, introduced Barrister Akintoye Adeoye as the new president, marking a new chapter for the association.
Outgoing president, Dr. Aliyu Wammako, extended his gratitude to the association for their support during his tenure. He urged members to extend the same level of support to the incoming president as he takes office.
Accepting the responsibility, Barrister Adeoye expressed his unwavering dedication to advancing the real estate sector in Nigeria. He pledged to work collaboratively with stakeholders to move REDAN to greater heights.
With over twenty-five years of experience as a property developer, realtor, and legal practitioner, Adeoye brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. His skills in negotiation, budgeting, business planning, sales, entrepreneurship, and mediation will be invaluable assets in his leadership journey.
