The Association of Professional Women Builders of Nigeria (APWBN), conferred the convener/founder of Africa international housing show and CEO of Housing TV Africa, Festus Adebayo, with the award of patron of the association.
Festus Adebayo was conferred with the award in view of his numerous giant strides in Affordable housing Advocacy and support for the association.
Giving the Award was the chairperson of APWBN, Mrs. Florence Akinyoade , who extolled the virtues of Festus Adebayo, Labelling him as a monolith worthy of Emulation and a person of value to the society. She also commended him for his laudable contributions to Housing development in Nigeria.
The respected media Mogul and entrepreneur, is Nigeria’s foremost advocate of affordable housing, and Executive Director, Housing Development Advocacy Network (HDAN) . He has through his various programmes and strides, successfully raised advocacy for affordable housing to an enviable height.
The conferment which took place during the national conference and fundraising event of the Association in Abuja, also had in attendance the president of the Nigerian Institute of Builders Association (NIOB) Bldr. Sir Alderton Ewa Ewa, representatives of the honorable minister for women affairs and development, representatives of the minister for humanitarian affairs and poverty alleviation, stakeholders & advocates in the building industry amongst others.
