Dr. Gbadewole Amos Kayode, Chief Executive Officer of Crown Allied Global Realty Limited, has continued to advance housing access in Nigeria by combining technology, innovative financing, and suburban expansion strategies to make homeownership more attainable. His work in the real estate sector has increasingly positioned him among industry leaders advocating solutions to Nigeria’s persistent housing deficit.

Beyond his role as a property developer, Kayode serves as Vice Chairman of the Abuja chapter of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), where he has championed policies aimed at improving transparency, strengthening regulatory standards, and creating a more investment-friendly property market. He is also a member of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and REDAN ad-hoc committee focused on enhancing housing finance frameworks and expanding mortgage accessibility.

Kayode’s professional background combines finance, governance, and real estate development. He holds academic qualifications in business and finance and is a chartered banker with additional training in public management and policy. Industry stakeholders say this blend of expertise has influenced his approach to housing delivery and long-term investment planning.

Under his leadership, Crown Allied Global Realty has expanded its operations across Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, Osun, and Oyo states, while extending its footprint into Ghana, Rwanda, and the United States. The company has developed residential estates targeted at different income groups, incorporating digital infrastructure, remote monitoring systems, and smart technology solutions into its projects.

The company has also invested heavily in large-scale housing developments, including projects in Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan, and Osogbo. Several of these estates are strategically located near transportation networks and growing commercial corridors to improve accessibility and support long-term urban development.

Kayode said his commitment to housing accessibility was shaped by personal experiences with accommodation challenges earlier in life. According to him, this experience inspired the development of housing projects that aim to provide practical ownership opportunities for first-time buyers and young professionals.

The real estate executive also disclosed that Crown Allied Global Realty is integrating artificial intelligence into its operations to improve planning, project management, procurement processes, and customer engagement. He noted that technology has become increasingly important in improving efficiency and supporting sustainable growth within the property sector.

In addition to technological innovation, Kayode has advocated policies that encourage foreign investment, improve housing finance, and expand infrastructure development in suburban communities. He believes that increasing mortgage access, providing affordable land, and extending social amenities to emerging districts could significantly reduce Nigeria’s housing deficit and stimulate broader economic development.
