In a groundbreaking announcement, real estate developer Royal Palm Villa unveils plans for a state-of-the-art housing estate in Nwaniba near Uyo, Akwa Ibom. Spanning 3.6 hectares, the strategically located property near Ibom Icon Hotel and Golf Resort is set to redefine luxury living.
Jofame Integrated Limited, represented by CEO Gideon MfonAbasi, shared that Royal Palm Villa aims to democratize real estate, making it accessible to a broader demographic. Leveraging their success in previous projects, including locations in Lagos, the company is committed to bringing innovative, green-compliant living spaces to Akwa Ibom.
MfonAbasi emphasized the project’s uniqueness, combining green compliance, fiber-to-home connectivity, and energy-efficient designs. The estate, nestled within 3.6 hectares, will feature studio flats and various-bedroom units, fostering a secure, vibrant community.
Construction is already underway for a range of apartments, from studios to five-bedroom units. Plans include over 150 mixed apartments with power lines being installed. The CEO anticipates completion before the second quarter of 2024.
In addition to modern living spaces, Royal Palm Villa boasts a range of amenities, including drainage, security, paved roads, CCTV, play areas, greenery, and streetlights. Recreational facilities, such as a lawn tennis court and a 5-a-side football court, further enhance the residents’ quality of life.
