HDAN Celebrates HRM Oba Akintoye Felix Adeoye at 60, Commends His Outstanding Contributions to Housing Development in Nigeria

The Housing Development Advocacy Network (HDAN), Africa’s pioneer non-governmental housing advocacy organisation, warmly celebrates HRM Oba Akintoye Felix Adeoye, President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), as he marks his 60th birthday.

HDAN describes Oba Akintoye Felix Adeoye as a visionary leader whose steadfast commitment to the growth of Nigeria’s real estate and housing sector has left a lasting impact. Through his leadership at REDAN, he has consistently championed policies and initiatives that strengthen private-sector participation, promote sustainable housing delivery, and advance solutions toward reducing Nigeria’s housing deficit.

His contributions span advocacy, institutional development, stakeholder engagement, and mentorship, positioning the real estate sector as a critical driver of economic growth and social development in Nigeria.

Speaking on the milestone, the Executive Director of HDAN, Festus Adebayo, described Oba Adeoye’s life at 60 as one worthy of celebration and reflection.
