REDAN President Commends Nasarawa Government, Developers for Technology Village Project

The President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Akintoye Adeoye, has praised the Nasarawa State Government and the consortium of real estate developers involved in the construction of the Nasarawa Technology Village.

Adeoye, who attended the commissioning of phase 1 and the groundbreaking ceremony of the technology hub, commended the visionary approach of the Nasarawa State Government and the determination of the developers in bringing the project to fruition.

During his inspection of the housing project, he lauded the quality of the houses, room sizes, and other standard amenities. Adeoye emphasized the importance of fostering more collaborations between developers and state governments to facilitate additional housing projects.

The event witnessed the official unveiling of 100 housing units as part of the first phase of the Nasarawa Technology Village Housing Estate in Karu by the Executive Governor of Borno State, H.E Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum. Governor Zulum, serving as the special guest, was joined by Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, and other dignitaries.

Governor Zulum also presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the technology hub and the second phase of the housing project. These developments, located on a sprawling 67-hectare parcel of land along the Mararaba-Aso Pada axis of Karu Local Government Area, mark significant milestones in the region’s infrastructure and housing development efforts.
