The much-anticipated commissioning of Nasarawa Technology Village is set to proceed as planned tomorrow, despite rumors of a cancellation.

His Excellency Kashim Shettima GCON, the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, will lead the ceremony alongside distinguished guests including the Nasarawa Governor, Abdullahi Sule, Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Arc. Ahmed Dangiwa, other Governors, FMBN CEO, FHA CEO, New REDAN President, captains of industry, and leaders in the housing sector.

Nasarawa Technology Village, developed by ABS Blueprint Modern Shelter Ltd, represents a fusion of technology and affordable housing, strategically located 17km from the nation’s capital, Abuja. With its first phase commissioning and groundbreaking for phase two scheduled for tomorrow, the event promises to be a momentous occasion, highlighting the successful collaboration between the public and private sectors.

The Nasarawa State Investment Development Agency (NASIDA), led by Managing Director Ibrahim Abdullahi, has played a pivotal role in facilitating private sector engagement and streamlining investment processes in the state.

Through strategic partnerships with institutions such as the Federal Mortgage Bank and the Family Homes Fund, NASIDA paved the way for the Nasarawa Technology Village project. Leveraging a groundbreaking N12.5 billion guarantee line from InfraCredit, coupled with funding from Shelter Afrique, the project exemplifies innovation in residential real estate financing.
