The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), has reassured Nigerians that no religious or ethnic group is being unfairly targeted amid rising insecurity.

Speaking on Saturday at an event in Erin-Ile, Oyun Local Government Area, Kwara State, Fagbemi emphasized that violent incidents affect all regions and communities equally.

“Violence is not directed at any single religion. Killings have occurred in Zamfara, Sokoto, and other states, showing clearly that insecurity is a national challenge,” he said.

Fagbemi highlighted that the Federal Government is actively addressing terrorism, kidnappings, banditry, and other criminal activities across the country.

He encouraged citizens to support ongoing reforms under President Bola Tinubu’s administration, aimed at building a stronger foundation for national growth and development.
