The award results were officially announced on the Africa Housing Awards website, following a rigorous evaluation process that recognized the Minister’s outstanding contributions to affordable housing, innovative solutions, and sustainable urban development.
The Africa Housing Awards 2025 ceremony is set to take place on December 12th, 2025, at the prestigious Fraser Suite in Abuja, Nigeria, and will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators from across Africa.
Other notable winners include the Namibia Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Sankwasa James Sankwasa, as well as top leading real estate companies from Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, and South Africa, who will be recognized for their exceptional work in various categories.
